As it is the case for many „hidden champions“, SCHERDEL products can be found on the whole. Let us take the example of an automobile: Whether it is a valve spring in a traditional gasoline or diesel engine or an assy stator connector for the latest generation of an electric motor, the development comes from SCHERDEL.
Product development starts with the simulation of component functions and production processes, followed by the design and the construction of the prototypes until they are released to series production.
The use of simulation programms such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, RECURDYN, MOLDFLOW etc and design programms such as CATIA, SIEMENS NX, CREO, INVENTOR allow the user the best possible development result.
Due to the perfect design of the components, the use of design and process FMEAs and the permanent comparison of the test results with the internal design criteria, the created products can be produced reliably in series quantities amounting to three-digit millions.
Our employees have the possibility to implement all their skills and provide solutions which they can significantly create themselves. There are no limits to the creativity of the employees!
